10 Reasons Why I Switched To Firefox

Without checking the reviews on the internet, I thought of putting down 10 basic reasons why I switched to Firefox.

  1. Downloads faster – the size of the installation file is only 7.17MB (as of 25 Dec 2008)
  2. Works faster than Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)
  3. Takes less memory than IE
  4. Inbuilt tabbed browsing
  5. Inbuilt search box
  6. Download manager
  7. Better bookmark management
  8. Middle mouse button opens a new window on a new tab
  9. Compact user interface – more space for the webpage.
  10. Supports IE keyboard shortcuts
